The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program is the largest program of its kind in the United States, awarding more than 800 fellowships annually. Over 400 different types of opportunities are available to teach, research and conduct professional projects in more than 135 countries. Fulbright-Hays Faculty Research Abroad Fellowship 

The US Department of Education’s Fulbright-Hays Faculty Research Abroad (FRA) Fellowship Program provides opportunities for faculty to conduct research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies. The program is designed to deepen research knowledge and increase the study of modern foreign languages, cultural engagement, and area studies not generally included in US curricula.
